You are solely responsible for any content (songs, chords, lyrics) you upload. By marking a song as "Shared Online", you grant other users of the platform a non-exclusive right to import that content into their own organization profiles.
The Service itself is the property of Music In His Name. You must ensure you have the necessary licenses (e.g., CCLI) to use copyrighted song material within your organization.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in song content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your information.
We collect your name and email address during registration to provide authentication and personalized organization management via Supabase.
Your data is used solely to manage your account, your organization memberships, and to provide technical support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use industry-standard security measures provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) to protect your information.
We use essential cookies/local storage to maintain your log-in session and preferences (such as your active organization).
